Payments
We use WorldPay (a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland) as a secure payment method for all credit/debit cards.
WorldPay is the only way to accept a universal range of payments via secure payment processing. Any subsequent refunds if necessary, would be made through WorldPay.
Gifts and Co does not offer credit terms unless you have set up an account with the company direct.
Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro & Amex):
Your payment is made securely at the time you order via our Website. Once you have placed your order you will be taken to the WorldPay secure server to enter your card details and complete your purchase transaction. You should then receive an email from us to confirm your order request (please check to ensure that all your details are correct) and another from WorldPay to confirm your intent to pay by card. Please note that our order confirmation email is not acceptance of your order, neither is the WorldPay email. No contract for the sale of any item will exist between you and Gifts and Co until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you.
